According to Entertainment Tonight Canada, Sex and the City's Mr Big Chris Noth has revealed he is officially engaged! The news broke on the Canadian show's twitter late on Sunday:

"Chris Noth just told us exclusively that he and cdn girlfriend tara lynn wilson are now officially engaged."

The happy news follows Chris's denial in mid-September that the couple, who have a son Orion, were engaged. While Chris's rep has not returned a request seeking comment yet, it's surely only a matter of time until Chris and Tara confirm the happy news. Congratulations!

While New York Fashion Week has taken over our attention, Sex and the City 2 has continued to shoot in NYC, and the ladies were spotted out and about on the street in Manhattan yesterday. Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall both wore their Uggs as they made their way between the trailers and set, with SJP swapping them for some stilettos later as she got into costume for filming.

Kristin Davis was looking very Charlotte in her bright pink outfit, which she teamed with some flip flops for her journey to set, holding onto a security guard's arm. Lastly, Cynthia Nixon arrived on set from makeup looking casual, and drinking from a Wonder Woman mug. It's still so long to wait for the May release date, but I can't wait — are you looking forward to it?

Earlier this week we saw Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon reunited on the set of Sex and the City 2 looking super-stylish. Yesterday, however, they were all showing off some very different looks in Manhattan as their wardrobe was injected with a whole lot of '80s! Kim certainly seemed to have fun in her scene as she swore at a motorist — FabUK wants to know if you love or hate her outfit? Cynthia was looking rather dowdy as Miranda, Kristin's Charlotte was as preppy as ever, and SJP was channelling Madonna in her outfit as Carrie. Kristin Davis joined her Sex and the City 2 costars in Manhattan yesterday, finally giving us our first glimpse of the fab foursome back in action! Sarah Jessica Parker has been busy filming scenes with Chris Noth for the last week, and was joined by Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall before Kristin made her appearance. Are you excited to see the gang back together? Kristin has reportedly got another engagement in NYC coming up, as she'll apparently be showing The Kristin Davis Collection at New York Fashion Week this month. Exciting times! UPDATE: Kristin's line has been discontinued, so her Fashion Week show has been cancelled.

Production on Sex and the City 2 has continued over the past few days with Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Chris Noth filming on the New York City streets. Sarah Jessica and Cynthia blocked the scene in their own clothes before they headed into wardrobe and makeup, emerging as Carrie and Miranda! SJP showed off a daytime and evening look as Carrie, under the watchful eye of stylist Patricia Field, in a knotted checked shirt for day, and then a familiar newsprint covered dress for a night out with Mr Big — how exciting!

We've already seen Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth filming Sex and the City 2, and they were followed quickly by Cynthia Nixon and David Eigenberg, and now Kim Cattrall has joined the cast in Manhattan! Judging from the smile on her face, Kim's thrilled to be back, and I'm sure that grin would get even bigger if Jason Lewis also returns as Smith Jerrod. He told PopSugar US there's "a good chance" he'll be in the sequel, so here's hoping. Kim will have to leave New York soon, as she is to be inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame on the 12th. With three of the quartet back on set, we just need to see Kristin Davis to complete the foursome!

Cynthia Nixon and David Eigenberg were out in New York yesterday getting ready to shoot some scenes for Sex and the City 2 as lovely couple Miranda and Steve. We caught glimpses of Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth as Carrie Bradshaw and Mr Big earlier this week, so now we're just waiting to see Samantha and Charlotte to round out the foursome! Another familiar face on set was Lynn Cohen, who plays Miranda's nanny Magda — it's so much fun to see all these familiar faces back for another movie!

Carrie Bradshaw and Mr Big were back on the streets of New York City yesterday as production began on the anticipated Sex and the City 2! Sarah Jessica Parker had a variety of costume changes on the very first day, slipping on a purple dress, a white dress and a Flashdance-esque outfit while costume designer Patricia Field watched closely.
