Gwyneth Paltrow got some of her best Big Apple girlfriends together last night for Good Housekeeping's Shine On Awards, which honored the achievements of powerful women. The actress was there to salute the work and raise awareness around maternal health done by Christy Turlington Burns, and they shared the evening with other ladies like Meryl Streep, Rebecca Romijn, and new mom Ali Larter. Gwyneth, who was on the cover of the magazine's February issue, has been busy with her return to Glee, which airs next week, and promoting her latest publication — she hosted a dinner for friends like Cameron Diaz, Jay-Z, and Mario Batali on Monday to toast her new cookbook My Father's Daughter. She was on hand yesterday to congratulate others, but Gwyneth took a minute to discuss the long hours she spends maintaining her awesome figure. Gwyneth said on the red carpet, "The reason that I can be 38 and have two kids and wear a bikini is because I work my [expletive] ass off. It's not an accident. It's not luck, it's not fairy dust, it's not good genes. It's killing myself for an hour and a half five days a week, but what I get out of it is relative to what I put into it. That's what I try to do in all areas of my life."

Tina Fey stopped trying to hide her baby bump last night when she stepped out for an interview on the Late Show With David Letterman with her stomach on display in a tight black dress! She stopped by to chat with host David Letterman about her new book Bossypants, though her interview doesn't air until this Friday. Tina was more covered up over the weekend when she chatted up the best-selling book at a Manhattan Barnes & Noble and went for a walk with her husband and 5-year-old daughter Alice. She wrote about motherhood, her career, and her childhood in the memoir, and her shout-outs to her home state of Pennsylvania just earned her a sweet writeup in the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Amanda Seyfried left London's BBC Radio 1 studios today and was met by a crowd of fans. The Red Riding Hood actress is overseas promoting her film with her handsome cast while her boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe, is also jetting around Europe with his The Lincoln Lawyer costar Matthew McConaughey. Amanda's international press tour has been fairly low-key, but back in LA two of her Now costars, Justin Timberlake and Olivia Wilde, have been causing a stir with their flirty dancing. Olivia took to Twitter to squash the gossip surrounding their most recent date night, though it's just the latest rumor attached to Justin. He recently split from longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel and was also briefly connected to his Friends With Benefits love interest Mila Kunis before she made it clear that their romantic chemistry is only make believe.

A very pregnant Selma Blair held onto her baby bump as she joined Mandy Moore, Whitney Port, and other stylish young women at Siren Studios to help kick off Lucky Shops LA. The weekend sale features clothing and accessories handpicked by Lucky editors, at prices well below retail, and a handful of VIPs were invited to get a preview of the wares on the stylish evening. Whitney debuted a darker hair color as she posed for pictures, while Selma Blair paired a flowing neutral dress with Stella McCartney sandals, and Jenna Dewan went a little wild in a leopard-print caftan. Matthew McConaughey was all smiles leaving Berlin's Tegel Airport today on a flight bound for London. He's been in Europe since the weekend when he touched down in Paris with his Lincoln Lawyer costar Ryan Phillippe and Ryan's girlfriend, Amanda Seyfried. Shortly after their arrival Ryan and Amanda ventured out together to explore the City of Lights and also took a romantic stroll under the Eiffel Tower. Matthew and Ryan started promoting their legal drama in France on Monday then traveled to Germany while Amanda continued on to London to screen her own film, Red Riding Hood. It seems Matthew and Ryan are right on her heels as they head to the UK to continue their international press tour. Matthew's partner, Camila Alves, didn't join him on the trip overseas as she was at home taking care of their kids, Levi and Vida.

She's been in Europe since Sunday, when she touched down in Paris with her boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe, and his The Lincoln Lawyer costar Matthew McConaughey. The trio left the airport together, but it was just Amanda and Ryan who were caught taking a romantic stroll under the Eiffel Tower on Monday. Matthew and Ryan relocated to Berlin yesterday while she traveled south to catch up with her hot costars Max Irons and Shiloh Fernandez in France.

Courteney Cox and Coco Arquette held hands leaving LAX last night. The traveling pair are returning from a week-long vacation that started with a bikini-filled trip to St. Barts with Courteney's Cougar Town castmate Josh Hopkins. The girls left the islands and then traveled to Disney World, where they met up with David on Tuesday for a magical day of family bonding. Courteney and Coco returned home without David, but the Scream 4 stars will reunite Monday night at the premiere of their campy horror flick. It was a High School Musical reunion on the red carpet last night when Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens stepped out to support their pal Ashley Tisdale in LA. The party, which toasted the release of Ashley's Sharpay's Fabulous Adventures DVD, also marked the first time Zac and Vanessa walked the same red carpet since their split in December. Inside the event Zac and Vanessa were apprently friendly, but not affectionate. The two are apparently still friends after ending their five-year relationship, and it looks like Vanessa has already moved on with a new man. She's been spotted out with her Journey 2: The Mysterious Island costar, Josh Hutcherson, though she played coy about their status during a recent chat with Ellen DeGeneres. Whether or not there's a romance, Vanessa can help Josh celebrate the huge news that he scored the role of Peeta in The Hunger Games this week.

Jennifer Garner stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon yesterday and after the two chatted about her kids, husband Ben Affleck, and movie Arthur, he asked her to step onto his famous beer pong court. Jennifer asked for a handicap, since she has never played before, but apparently she didn't need it. Her nanny, who is taking care of the girls while Jennifer is in NYC, gave the actress tips on where to stand behind the ping-pong table, so she easily defeated Jimmy. While Jennifer is premiering and promoting Arthur on the talk show circuit, Ben actually popped up shopping for rugs in Istanbul.
