While David Tennant and John Barrowman showed their love for each other at Comic-Con in San Diego at the weekend, there were plenty of other celebs out promoting their upcoming movies and TV shows. Lost, Heroes, Dollhouse and Chuck all had stars attending and mixing with fans, while movie stars Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis and many more glammed up for the convention. Don't forget to check out part one of my catch up if you missed it!

Tonight the third season of Heroes begins on BBC2 at 9pm, with the superhuman gang being joined by a band of villains. Our friends in the US had the premiere of this episode on September 22, so it's nice to see that the gap is beginning to close between airdates across the pond and on our terrestrial channels. Following the first episode on BBC2 you can flick to BBC3 at 10pm to watch the second episode straight away!

The BBC has announced exciting plans to aim to show episodes of the third series of Heroes within a week of the US premiering that same episode. As a big TV fan, I am buzzing about this decision, and hope that ITV, Channel 4 and other channels are taking notice and making plans to follow suit. Along with being able to view shows online, this is just one more way that the internet is changing the face of TV – it is now so easy to mistakenly read spoilers of your favourite American TV shows.

Milo Ventimiglia is one of my favourite manjoyment subjects – and I think you can totally see why. From the first time he showed up as bad boy Jess in my beloved Gilmore Girls (still one of my all-time favourite TV shows) I was intrigued by him, and as time has gone on he's just got even yummier. You can catch younger Milo on telly at the moment, as Gilmore Girls is showing from the beginning on E4 every day (Sky+ it!) – it also stars Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) and has some fun early appearances of Adam Brody.

Those Heroes hotties were out for dinner at Nobu in London last night, after a hectic day of TV promotion. There were on a lot of shows yesterday – LKToday, This Morning and Loose Women to name a few. You can't escape them, but why are they over here?

Gavin & Stacey and Harry Hill were the big winners with two gongs each at the BAFTA Television Awards at the London Palladium last night. After all the excitement of seeing the stars on the red carpet we settled in for Graham Norton's excellent hosting of the ceremony, which saw thirteen first time winners including Best Actor Andrew Garfield, Continuing Drama winner Holby City and International category winner Heroes. Favourite moments for me were Rob Brydon's hilarious presenting of the Comedy Programme Award, James Corden's surprise at winning the Comedy Performance BAFTA (and Ruth Jones' tears), Eileen Atkins' amusing acceptance speech for Best Actress, and good old Brucie receiving the Academy Fellowship.

The stars were out in force for the BAFTA Television Awards last night, described by host Graham Norton as "sort of like the Oscars, but with less surgery". Recognisable faces poured out of the cars arriving at the London Palladium, from young whippersnappers like the Skins cast, to living legends Dame Judi Dench and Bruce Forsyth. It wasn't all Brits though, those Heroes, Milo Ventimiglia and Adrian Pasdar, showed up to present an award and rather gorgeous they both looked too.

British royalty and pop royalty came together last night to honour servicemen and women at Night of Heroes at the Imperial War Museum in London. New Dancing on Ice judge Emma Bunton and her Spice Girls pal Geri Hallliwell were joined by Prince William and Prince Harry, who were out for a second night in a row. On stage at the Sun Military Awards at the ceremony, Harry comforted eight mothers who lost their sons, and Wills delivered a keynote speech saying: "I count it as a huge privilege and an honour to wear the same uniform as you".

Little Britain's Matt Lucas and David Walliams (whose stalker has been sectioned) were the subject of Channel 4's New Heroes Of Comedy documentary last night. The repeat run of the three-part series featured Ricky Gervais and Sacha Baron Cohen in previous weeks, and celebrates the success of some of our best-loved modern day comedians. I'm a big fan of all of these funny men and would love to know which is your favourite, so tell me: who is your new hero of comedy?
