We've been loving the sequin-collar look on Hailee Steinfeld and on the Fall 2011 Givenchy runway, so we decided to make our own version just in time for the holiday season. It's an easy way to update a top you already own, and it's an affordable way to try out the trend. All you need is a cotton top with a collar, sequin trim (have fun with color!), Aleene's Jewel-It glue, pins, and scissors — so simple, right? Make sure you let your top dry overnight once you're done, and remember to hand wash it gently so that the sequin trim doesn't come off. The pair teamed up to model the brand's Fall and Winter clothing collection. Ryan and Rosie are shown walking arm in arm through the London streets during the ad and exchanging come-hither glances, but the commercial fades to black just as Ryan leans in for a kiss. Steve Carell plays the lead role in Friday's Crazy, Stupid, Love, and we chatted with him recently in NYC about working on the comedy with costars Ryan Gosling and Julianne Moore. In the movie, Steve gets a lesson in lady killing from Ryan's character. Steve revealed that it was just good acting, though, from both himself and Ryan! Steve also spoke about moving on from his Emmy-nominated role as Michael Scott in The Office. His former cast mates are heading back to the set, but Steve gave insight as to how he's spending his first Summer in years away from the set.

It's been over a year since Robert Pattinson shot Bel Ami overseas with a cast including Christina Ricci, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Uma Thurman, and while the film has yet to get a stateside release date there's finally a full-length trailer. In the movie Robert plays a man who sleeps his way to the top as he rises from humble beginnings. The preview shows a bit of Robert's womanizing ways in the arms of both Christina's and Uma's characters. It's certainly a different side for Robert, though he did have his first post-Twilight hit in the drama Water for Elephants, so perhaps romantic roles will be his strong suit.
