As awards season carries on at a great pace, last night the Film Critics' Circle Awards took place in London. It was also a mini Skins reunion as ex-castmates Nick Hoult and Dev Patel posed for some photos together, grinning happily. Dev's movie Slumdog Millionaire carried on its wonderful winning spree, and picked up three awards at the ceremony for best director, screenwriter and Attenborough film of the year.

This weekend Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet were in town for the Revolutionary Road premiere in London's Leicester Square. Hot on the heels of her amazing Golden Globes success and two BAFTA nominations, Kate looked stunning in her skintight black dress as the Titanic twosome posed together on the red carpet. Leo said they'd been actively looking for a project to work on together since their first time teaming up onscreen, but nothing had appealed to them both until this book adaptation.

Kate Winslet was looking radiant as she arrived at the New York studios of David Letterman's show, smiling and waving at the waiting fans and photographers before she went in. She was on the show to promote her new movie Revolutionary Road, which she stars in with old friend Leonardo DiCaprio. Once inside she changed into a little black dress and told David all about the many injuries she managed to suffer while cooking Christmas dinner, which led to her sitting and eating it with her hand in a bowl of ice.

Kate Winslet was at GMTV this morning looking fresh faced in the cold winter air as she left the studios after her appearance on the show. January is going to be a busy month for Kate as she has two movies coming out, the first is The Reader out on January 2, in which she stars as a woman who gets involved with a younger man and a decade later reconnects with him as she defends herself in a war crime trial. The other is Revolutionary Road which, as I've mentioned before, I am really looking forward to.

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio are reunited for the first time since Titanic in a new movie adaptation of Richard Yates' fantastic novel Revolutionary Road.
The story focuses on a young couple living in a Connecticut suburb during the mid-1950s, as they struggle to come to terms with their personal problems along with raising their two children. It's a dramatic but fantastic book and — judging from this trailer — the film looks set to capture that too.
