After the Q Awards yesterday, Amy Winehouse changed her outfit for dinner in London with Dionne Bromfield, and then slipped out of another top as she posed for photographers. She missed her cue twice at the ceremony and instead of presenting an award to The Specials, she only made it on stage in time for their acceptance speech. With Amy and Blake Fielder-Civil remarrying on Facebook, let's hope this isn't a sign of further problems for Amy.

Lily and Music Legends Honoured at Q Awards
Music stars gathered at London's Grosvenor House this afternoon for the Q Awards. Lily Allen was back in the UK after her Amsterdam gig to pick up Best Track for "The Fear" and she posed with Q Icon Marianne Faithfull. Kasabian picked up Best Album and Sophie Ellis-Bextor joined Holly Johnson to celebrate Frankie Goes To Hollywood's Classic Song win for "Relax".

Amy's Out With Tyler But Blake's Still Not Off Her (New) Chest
Amy Winehouse was out in North London last night, spending the evening at a pub in Camden with her buddy Tyler James. She left with a lollipop, helped Tyler cross the road and then showed off her favourite pink shirt which says "Blake's Girl" on it. Amy's top half has been the subject of speculation lately, but her dad Mitch has confirmed that Amy had a boob job, saying on GMTV that they're "great".

Amy Winehouse was out in London last night, looking healthier as she sported her familiar beehive and ballet pumps look. She performed on Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend as a backing singer to her talented goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, and while at the studio she told presenter Bruce Forsyth that he'd apparently caused her nightmares when she was a child! After seeing him as a villian in movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks Amy claimed she had seven years worth of bad dreams about him.

Amy Winehouse showed she's still got a thing for her ex Blake Fielder-Civil by wearing a shirt with "Blake's Girl" embroidered on it during a night out with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield yesterday. The Strictly Come Dancing performers were full of smiles as they dined at a West London Fish Works Restaurant and went shopping, but it sounds like Amy's love life is far from simple, with reports that she's dating Tyler James after being spotted with him a month ago.

Amy Winehouse made her TV comeback on Saturday night, as a backing singer for her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield on Strictly Come Dancing, which saw Lynda Bellingham leave the competition after losing out to Craig Kelly in the dance-off.
