Cheryl Cole showed no sign of slowing down after her mammoth birthday party on Wednesday, spending yesterday evening at Nobu Berkley with hubby Ashley. She's back on the road today for more X Factor auditions. In addition to rumours that Cheryl is in the running to replace Simon Cowell as main judge on the show, reports today suggest Cheryl's also being lined up to front a US version of The X Factor.

Cheryl Cole celebrated her 26th birthday with hubby Ashley and a whole host of famous friends at Vanilla Club in London last night. The X Factor was well represented, with judges Simon Cowell, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh in attendance, as well as presenter Holly Willoughby. Last year's winner Alexandra Burke and also-ran Diana Vickers were also there, as was judge's assistant Emma Bunton.

As The X Factor auditions continued apace in Birmingham, Cheryl Cole had to work on her 26th birthday yesterday. She was treated to birthday kisses from The Xtra Factor presenter Holly Willoughby, as well as presents and flowers from fans, plus a cake in the shape of a dog. Husband Ashley Cole surprised her by bringing her a gift, just like last year.

Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh have moved The X Factor auditions to Birmingham, where hopeful contestants will perform in front of a studio audience. Although Kylie has been advising Dannii on how to come across well on the show, Dannii has reportedly argued with Simon about his sarcastic comments at earlier auditions. Let's hope they can all come together to celebrate, as today is Cheryl's 26th birthday.

After enjoying a night out with her ex Mario Sorrenti last week, Kate Moss was back with her current beau yesterday, taking a romantic stroll with Jamie Hince in Primrose Hill. Kate better make the most of her leisure time, as her schedule might be about to fill up with The X Factor. Apparently, Kate is in talks with Simon Cowell to become a "style and image" mentor to the final acts on the next series.

It was a case of another day, another cute outfit for Cheryl Cole, as she left Devonshire House to catch a plane from Glasgow Airport to continue The X Factor audtions. Cheryl swapped the leather leggings of Monday for a more summery combination of sunnies, sun hat and white trousers. Hopefully Cheryl will be able to take time out of her hectic schedule to celebrate her three year wedding anniversary in July.

Now that Britain's Got Talent is over, I'm looking forward to The X Factor, and auditions have already started! A newly cropped Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole looked polished as they left Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow yesterday for the auditions. After the ongoing question about whether Dannii would return or not, these pictures prove she's back, no doubt helped by that £1million contract.
