Ariana Grande is famous for her high pony [1], but as far as I'm concerned, she can pull off any hairstyle. On Thursday, the Sweetener singer shared a selfie with a short hair length we haven't yet seen on her, and let's just say I'm asking for the "Ari Chop" during my hair appointment next week. Her brown, shoulder-length hair is down, no ponytail in sight, and it frames her (animal-filtered) face perfectly.
The 25-year-old queen of bops (and bobs?) has been open in the past about the fact that years of dyeing her hair while on Nickelodeon [2] "destroyed" her hair, which is why she became known for wearing extensions. "I wear extensions but I wear it in a ponytail because my actual hair is so broken that it looks absolutely absurd when I let it down," she said in 2014. Fast forward to November 2018, and her shorter hair looks healthy and fabulous.
