Every May, a slew of extremely good-looking and well-dressed people flock to the South of France to celebrate artsy film in a 71-year-old tradition known as the Cannes Film Festival. It looks like actual heaven, and while past years have seen those on the Cannes red carpets play it safe in the hair and makeup department, something is different in 2018.
