ICYMI: The #DMXChallenge [1] very quickly took over the internet last month, with dozens of black women showing off their ability to switch things up via compilation videos of themselves wearing unique hairstyles to the tune of rapper DMX's 1999 single "What These B*tches Want." The challenge was trending on Twitter for days, and at one point it became so popular that even celebrities like Jada Pinkett Smith [2] and Gabrielle Union [3] were hopping on the bandwagon — and there are plenty more famous faces where those two came from.
