In what should come as no surprise, given the resurgence of crimping and butterfly clips, perms are back. At least they are if you ask Blake Lively, who rocked blonde curls that are making us want to run out and get a perm.
At a fashion event in LA on March 13, Blake showed off a tightly coiled 'do that reminded us of Jennifer Lawrence's look at the Oscars.
Blake paired the low-fuss style with a casual makeup look. Her soft pink lipstick and very subtle rosy blush made her look as if she just came back from a day spent frolicking on the beach.
