There's no better time to debut a new product than on fashion's biggest night: the Met Gala. Burt's Bees did just that with the reveal of its high-pigment Liquid Lipsticks. Although the newness doesn't launch until June, we got to see how three of the 12 shades look on when actresses Amanda Seyfried, Naomi Watts, and Laura Dern each paired one with their "Heavenly Bodies"-themed outfits.
The formula, in classic Burt's Bees fashion, is 100% natural. It's long-wearing, so no touch-up is required. It also contains apricot and babassu oils, along with shea butter and essential fatty acids to keep your lips from drying out.

In the perfect mix of drugstore meets couture, makeup artists used the $10 lip shades to complement the high-end gowns worn by their clients. Makeup artist Katey Denno used the Blush Brook shade to accent Amanda Seyfried's Romeo and Juliet-inspired Prada gown. Mary Wiles swept the Blushed Brook shade over Naomi Watts's lips to pair with her structured gold Michael Kors dress. Laura Dern's ethereal Proenza Schouler dress found a friend in the Tidal Taupe, which Gita Bass used to add warmth to the Big Little Lies star's face and make her blue eyes pop.
Now for the fine print: the lippies aren't out just yet, but you can preorder from Burt's Bees.
