Makeup artist Christiana Cassell created neon, Euphoria [7]-inspired looks on Chloe and Halle Bailey [8]. Cassell used NYX Professional Makeup Vivid Brights Eyeliner in Vivid Sapphire [9] ($7), a high-impact blue, on Chloe and Vivid Escape [10] ($7), a fluorescent lime, on Halle, who paired her look with a pink manicure that was just as bright.

Lucy Hale's Bold Lip at the Teen Choice Awards 2019
Lucy Hale wore a monochromatic cherry look that matched her dress, blush, and lipstick. The most eye-catching part of her makeup from the evening, however, was her bold lip, which was created with a $4 (yes, you read that right) lipstick by E.l.f. Cosmetics. Makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan created the look with the E.l.f. Cosmetics Moisturising Lipstick and Lip Colour [12] ($4) in Red Carpet.

Marsai Martin For the Teen Choice Awards
Marsai Martin attended the Teen Choice Awards with a shimmery silver eyeliner created by makeup artist Shannon Pezzetta. Pezzetta painted the CoverGirl Exhibitionist Liquid Glitter Shadow in Moonlight [14] ($13) across Martin's lids and used the Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner in Bold Cobalt [15] ($5) on her lower lash line.
