Halsey [3] is showing off a new piece of ink, and it looks like it may hold some pretty significant meaning. The "Without Me" singer took to Instagram on Aug. 12 [4] to share a photo of a brand-new tattoo, which shows the number "929" written on one of her knuckles. The new tat likely symbolises Halsey's birthday, which falls on Sept. 29 — which might help explain why she included a birthday cake emoji in the photo's caption — but since the rest of her caption reads "track16," we'd guess that "929" could also be the name of the 16th track on her upcoming album.
Halsey will be celebrating her 25th birthday this year, and since that's a milestone age, we wouldn't be shocked if she chose to commemorate her 25 years with a more personal song. We obviously don't know for sure, but we do know that we'll definitely be keeping this in mind when we're looking for tiny tattoo inspiration [5].
