The flu gains the most traction in December before peaking in February and will affect hundreds of thousands of people this year, according to the government. You've heard it all before: get a flu shot, sanitise, and get lots of R&R, but there are several items on the beauty front you should check off your list too.
We consulted Target medical director Dr. Kevin Ronneberg and beauty expert Sonia Kashuk on how to flu-proof our beauty routine, plus included a few tips of our own.
