This affordable tube comes in two hues: "I'm Hot RN," a true orange, and "She's Arrived," a hot pink. Both colours are bold enough to stop traffic on their own, but with the perk of neon, they might be downright blinding. This nondrying matte formula is full-coverage, and I wouldn't want my neon any other way.

These vegan lip paints are also cruelty and paraben-free, so you can feel good about glowing as bright as a road sign.
