One can assume that anything even semirelated to fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld [3] is bound to cause all kinds of hype. Case in point: the designer's upcoming collaboration with beauty brand ModelCo [4]. Here's what we know so far about this impending launch.
In an Instagram teaser video, ModelCo posted a sneak peek of the collection, called Kiss Me Karl. It's the first makeup line for Lagerfeld, who's coming out the gate with a reported 50-piece lineup of products for face, eyes, and lips (plus some accessories for good measure). According to the ModelCo website, where you can sign up for the presale [5], the packaging of the Lip Lights, Lip Balm, and Brush Sets will features a Karl Lagerfeld head silhouette — ponytail and all! The gloss tubes will also have built-in LED lights.

We don't know pricing just yet, but one fan is ready: "I'm so excited !!! Take my money now," they said. Others, including us, are just beyond psyched. "I sooo can't wait & packaging is soo cute too," another said. The limited-edition collection will be available on May 14.
