First Mandy Moore [3], now Kristen Bell [4]! Are these celebrities [5] telling me it's time for a dramatic cut? The Good Place actress debuted a short new style on March 10, and, yeah, you could say she's a fan.
"Your mom got a hair cut and she is FEELING IT," Bell wrote in an Instagram caption [6], crediting her stylist Jenny Cho [7].
