"Last-minute Halloween [4] plans two years ago had a friend and I scrambling for ideas before we left for a party. Thanks to POPSUGAR's endless and easy to create makeup ideas, I settled on a Halloween favourite at the time: a deer. All I needed was some heavy contour, eyeliner, lashes, and white face paint, and I was good to go. "Forgive the blurriness of this photo — this was back when film cameras were cool. One Halloween [5] in college, there was a going out top I really wanted to wear that had a see-through strip down the middle. The problem was that I didn't know what I actually wanted to be while wearing it. The shirt was all-black, so the typical thing to do would just slap on cat ears and call it a day, but as previously mentioned, I was too cool. Instead, I sat very still with my neck back while my skilled friend used a Too Faced eye shadow palette to paint on a skeleton neck. This idea is great for someone who has a cute outfit planned that doesn't immediately call to mind any obvious costume.
