It's easy to say "pink hair, don't care," until you think about the time, money, and effort it takes to go full Kim K bubblegum [3]. Luckily, Lucy Hale is serving affordable realness by showing us that it is possible to colour your hair on the cheap with products from none other than our beloved Target.
The Truth or Dare star posted a series of pictures on Instagram showing her pink strands, a look courtesy of Kristin Ess Rose Gold Temporary Tint [5] ($12). Not only is this a thrifty option, it's also pretty damn easy to apply. Spritz it on damp hair, then rise out in the shower, and you'll get a lived-in pastel pink.
Like most temporary colour sprays, this works best on pre-lightened or highlighted blonde hair. It only lasts about one to three washes, which makes it perfect for the weekend! Good to know even a celeb like Lucy Hale is not immune to the charms of Target's revamped beauty section [6].
