MAC Is Launching Concealer Palettes Made For Deep Skin Tones

MAC Will Launch a "Genius" Colour-Correcting Concealer Palette For Deeper Skin Tones

Colour-correcting concealers, that multi-hued gunk you'll find Instagram vloggers smearing all over their faces, can be a beguiling concept to even the biggest makeup lover. Things get even trickier if your skin tone is deeper and you're unable to find shades that work for your complexion. Luckily, MAC is coming in clutch by releasing new Studio Conceal and Correct Palettes in a range fit for dark skin.

As leaked by MAC Global Senior Artist Dominic Skinner (who is giving Jerrod Blandino a run for his money with all the sneak peeks he's been blessing us with lately), the brand used the palettes backstage on models during Fashion Month. According to Skinner's Instagram caption, "These were perfectly created to lift, brighten, & smooth out the deepest of complexions."

The bundle includes a bevy of coloured coverups, including orange and red for covering dark circles, tan for treating uneven texture, two shades of brown for concealing, and navy blue for hiding hyperpigmentation. Skinner admitted to using the brown shades "to contour deep skin tones, too," so consider this multipurpose AF.

Skinner said this "genius" bundle will be available in September, and we are officially counting down the days until Fall.
