Millie Bobby Brown is an exceptional actor, ambassador, and business owner, and she does all of it while experimenting with incredible beauty looks on the red carpet and beyond. We've been taking notes.

At 15 years old [1], one would think juggling a hectic TV and movie career [2] would be enough. But not for Brown. On top of school and her day job, the actor is also a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF (the youngest ever named), created a collection with Converse [3], is the new face of mega-popular jewellery brand Pandora [4], and — *comes up for air* — just announced that she's launching her own beauty line, Florence by Mills [5]. And to be honest, we're not the least bit surprised about Brown's latest venture. She might be young, but she's long been experimenting with her hair and makeup looks on the red carpet, enlisting some of the biggest beauty pros in the industry for help: makeup artists [6] like Kelsey Deenihan and Gianpaolo Cecliato, and hairstylists such as Adir Abergel, Bridget Brager, and Blake Erik.

When Brown first stepped into the public eye for her starring role in Stranger Things [7], she'd just shaved her hair off for the role of Eleven — an experience she says was the "most empowering moment of [her] life [8]." Although she rocked the style during filming, she's been slowly growing it out ever since, her look evolving alongside her character, Eleven. Through the process, Brown has tried tight braided styles [9], experimented with dreamy ombré hues [10], and has become a master at pulling off interesting and unexpected hair accessories — proving time and again that an awkward-growing-out-hair-phase need not exist.

As for her makeup, Deenihan likes to keep Brown's makeup fresh-looking [11], with dewy skin — she loves Pat McGrath Labs Skin Fetish Balm [12] — and pops of colour for a playful, youthful element. So far, her and Brown have experimented with lavender eyeliner, twinkly, gilded lids, and pretty pink lips.

Brown debuted a new blonde hair colour at the Boots store launch of her beauty line, Florence By Mills [13], in September. She chose a lighter hue for Autumn [14] and we couldn't help but notice how similar it is from the trendy "wheat blonde" shade [15], which is "a lovely way to transition into something softer" for the colder season, according to to colourist Jack Howard of London's Paul Edmonds Salon

Millie Bobby Brown's Copper-Hued Makeup, 2019

We had heart eyes over Brown's romantic copper-hued eye shadow at the Stranger Things [16] season three premiere. Paired with a low bun tucked behind the ears, it was a ideal Summer look that complemented her pink dress perfectly.

Brown doesn't do boring buns. In June 2019, Brown's hairstylist Bridget Brager [link?] looped silver rings through the middle section of her hair creating a look like could have stepped right out of a Sci-Fi movie. Pair this hair with winged liner and a glossy lip, and we found our new favourite combo.

Brown kept her makeup fresh and Summery and let her ombré hued hair down, styled in a middle parting.

Brown might not have added any extra accessories to this low bun, but she didn't need to. With her glowing skin and minimal makeup, the look was low key and feminine.

Is this real life or is this a chic upside down? Brown's look at the premiere of Godzilla: King of the Monsters had a lot of elements. She wore gold strands of hair wrapped and threaded into a supermessy top knot. Her look was finished off with gold shimmery eye makeup and the same shade of nails to match.

Hello bold blue eye makeup. Brown's striking block coloured makeup was the centre of her look at a Stranger Things [17] season two screening. Worn with a black suit, she proved that business need not be boring.

Pretty silver eye makeup was the perfect choice to match her starry dress. The feminine look was finished off with bouncy curls and rosy lip gloss.

For an important speech at the Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids' Choice Awards, Brown wore her signature low bun but added accessories weaved through for a Stranger Things [18]esque vibe.

Brown was pretty in pink for the SAG Awards in 2018. She wore candy-pink lipstick, light rosy blushed cheeks, and purple glitter eye makeup. She then wore the much-loved early 2000s style of space buns and accessorised them with ribbons. We've had this look bookmarked to try ourselves ever since.
