Break out your sunglasses, because the makeup looks at this year's Teen Choice Awards were bright. The neon beauty trend flooded the award show's blue carpet with everyone from Maddie Ziegler to Halle Bailey making an appearance with the fluorescent colours swept across their nails and lids.

Cassell used NYX Professional Makeup Vivid Brights Eyeliner in Vivid Sapphire ($7), a high-impact blue, on Chloe and Vivid Halo ($7), a fluorescent yellow, on Halle, who paired her look with a pink manicure that was just as bright.
