What better way to solidify a bond than with a tattoo? That's exactly how Noah Cyrus decided to pay homage to her mum, Tish Cyrus.
The youngest Cyrus sibling, like the rest of the family, is no stranger to some ink. She has plenty of art covering her body, with memorable meanings for each one.
