It may be that The Perfectionists — you know, the new Pretty Little Liars spinoff [1] hitting Freeform on March 20 — is already shrouded in mystery (of the murder variety [2], because naturally), but it seems as though some of the stars behind the show have a few secrets of their own: hidden tattoos [3].
Perhaps this is to make for easier cover-up [4] while filming, or maybe the cast just likes the enigma that comes with tiny ink [5]. Either way, and because even the most eagle-eyed fans might be surprised to learn about the peek-a-boo designs [6] tattooed on the likes of Sasha Pieterse, Janel Parrish, and Sydney Park, we decided to ask them during our POPSUGAR photo shoot to spill the tea — which floweth over ahead.
Sasha Pieterse's Tattoos
The Pretty Little Liars [8] alum is no stranger to tattoos, and her lineup of ink is only going to get longer: "Right now, I have five tattoos total," said Pieterse. "I'm sure that will change — my poor mom. I have a cross on my left ankle, my wedding bouquet on my left arm, a quote on my right arm, and two hidden finger tats. One of them is an 'A' — for Alison, of course."

Sydney Park's Tattoos
Park has also dabbled with a handful of ink. "Some [of my tattoos] are more subtle, and some are hidden," she said. "I have five tattoos total: wildflowers inside my right inner arm, words going vertically down my left hip, a tiny Scorpio zodiac behind my neck, words on my left forearm, and a magic number three on my right wrist."

Park's tiny inner-arm tattoo reads "per aspera ad astra," the popular Latin phrase that translates to "through hardships to the stars."
Janel Parrish's Tattoos
While Parrish stayed mum on her exact number — "I have a whole bunch of tattoos; some visible, some not," she said — we've counted a handful over the years: musical notes, the lotus flower, and a heart on her knuckle, plus a flock of birds on her right arm and a butterfly on her left wrist (both shown here).

The one Perfectionists cast member who won't be getting a tattoo any time soon? Eli Brown. "I do not have any," he said. "Would you put a bumper sticker on a Honda Civic?"
