Popsugar Beauty Makeup Review: Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette Here's What Fenty Beauty's New Highlighter Palette Looks Like on 3 Different Skin Tones 28 October 2018 by Jesa Marie Calaor First Published: 25 October 2018 Fenty Beauty just launched its very first highlighting palette, and to say it's way cool is an understatement. The frost-themed Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette (£42) is limited edition and contains seven velvety shades — each one is as bold as the woman behind them: Subzero (a dark denim hue), Heart Burn (a deep marsala), Coppin Ice (a metallic copper), Hunny Slope (a warm apricot), Scandal' Ice (a soft lavender with a pink shift), Chillz (a holographic baby blue), and Stone Cold (a metallic rose). We put the new highlighters to the test, and you can see what each hue looks like on three different skin tones ahead. Editorial Intern, Balim Tezel Image Source: Balim Tezel "Each shade looks bright against my olive skin," POPSUGAR editorial Intern Balim Tezel said. "I thought Subzero and Stone Cold looked prettiest against it. They are the most subtle ones in the pan but are still bolder than the highlighters I normally wear. This palette took me out of my comfort zone and made me want to work more daring highlighter shades into my day-to-day." 1 / 3 Entertainment Editorial Assistant, Brea Cubit Image Source: Brea Cubit Entertainment editorial assistant Brea Cubit said the palette worked well with her deep brown skin and undertones that are between red and yellow. "My favorite shade is a tie between Coppin Ice and Hunny Slope," she said. "Coppin Ice's vibrant copper hue and glitter really stands out against my skin tone, while Hunny Slope is more subtle on me and has just a hint of burgundy that is still noticeable. The palette is a good balance of fun glitter and subtle shimmer, and I'm already planning more ways to wear it." 2 / 3 Senior Beauty Editor, Kelsey Castañon Image Source: Kelsey Castañon "I have fair skin with neutral undertones, and I like how these shades look against it," said Kelsey Castañon, senior beauty editor. "I especially like Coppin' Ice and Heart Burn — both are warm and, in my opinion, more wearable." 3 / 3 MakeupFenty Beauty By RihannaMakeup NewsBeauty TrendsHighlighterRihanna
