Hyland's long bob is choppy, layered, and undeniably sexy. Whereas the Modern Family star has been rocking longer hair so far this year, her strands now graze her shoulders, and she has piece-y bangs framing her face. Hyland isn't the only celebrity who's undergone a huge hair transformation ahead of the Spring season. Just a few weeks ago, Mandy Moore chopped her hair into a chin-grazing bob, and Kristen Bell followed suit with a similar though more blunt cut.
