Shay Mitchell isn't a pop star — yet — but the actress just debuted a look worthy of a world tour. Mitchell posted a photo to Instagram of herself in a vivid blue wig styled with wet-looking waves. The actress captioned the photo: "Ready to film my music video. Just need a song. And a vocal coach. And a record label... // What should her name be?!" referring to her new look.
