Shu Uemura Makes Us Feel 12 Again (in a Good Way)

What happens when anime and beauty collide? We get a gorgeously girlie makeup palette, and that's exactly what the collaboration between Shu Uemura and Japanese artist Takashi Murakami has delivered. The Pink Eyes and Cheek Palette (£60) contains a smattering of pretty pink makeup hues. Seven iridescent and satin eye shadows dance around a cheek colour, which are perfect for creating a delicate, feminine look. The kit also contains two dual-sided shadow brushes for ultimate flexibility in your makeup application. But what we love most about this palette is the adorable illustrations that decorate the front of the case, bringing us back to our Sunday mornings watching Sailor Moon with a bowl of Cheerios. Who doesn't love some nostalgia with their makeup?
