The treatment is not painful, however it may feel strange, and you'll have to keep your eyes shut for the duration of the treatment (approximately 45 minutes). You can keep lashes fluffy and tangle-free by brushing through them with a spoolie daily. Using oil-based makeup removers may effect the longevity of the lift and disrupt the lifting solution. To prolong your results, don't use waterproof mascara. Results differ on each person, as nothing is being added to your lashes like extensions, but rather your own lashes are being uplifted. You must arrive with no contact lenses in and no eye makeup on.
