Celebrity stylist Miguez Perez cut and coloured Amal Clooney's strands for her recent cover shoot [4], and according to Us Weekly, the celebrity stylist also does Meghan's hair [5]. He hasn't confirmed that he'll be on hand for the royal wedding, but Perez has said he will be there in some capacity — either as a stylist or a guest. (So will the Clooneys!)
