It's definitely still the year of the celebrity bobs [1], and Ashley Benson's new brunette choppy cut might just be her best yet.

The actor — who is constantly evolving her hair [2] between blond and brunette — posted on Instagram on Tuesday of her new chin-grazing bob and we almost didn't recognise her. She named her new 'do the "bobson", and we're taking that straight to our hairstylist as an official new trend. For the exciting new cut, Benson went to see hairstylist Marc Mena [3], "Just in time for the Holidays The Ashley #Bobson ✂️ 💇🎄", he posted on Instagram. Turns out, that this is also the first time in a long time Benson has worn just her natural hair. On Mena's Instagram story, Benson said "This is the first time I've never had extensions in, in my whole life," and damn, it looks good.
