Beauty Bay’s Makeup Collaboration With Disney Colour Is as Magical as You Could Dream

When you're finished posing with the Pixar filter, don't feel like your foray into looking straight out of a Disney animation should end just there. Online beauty retailer Beauty Bay just collaborated with Disney Colour on a collection and every last piece is as magical as the next.
The limited edition 12-piece collection takes colours from iconic Walt Disney Animation Studios films including Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Dumbo, and The Jungle Book as they are transformed into palettes, cheek and lip duos, and eyeshadow sticks. Setting itself apart from existing Disney collaborations, this makeup line prioritises colour palettes over character placement, specifically selecting hues from Disney's colour library which started in the 1930s. All colours are referenced with a name and number and result in the final shades seen in the original films.
Commenting on the collaboration, Beauty Bay CEO David Gabbie said via press release, "Never before has Disney Colour licensed a cosmetic product which focuses on the colours seen in the original films themselves, rather than the simplified character call-outs for products. This is a major milestone for Beauty Bay, which has always prided itself on being pioneering."
The collection features three mini eyeshadow palettes, each with six pressed pigment pans in matte shades with ultra-blendable and buildable formula. To accompany the palettes are shadow sticks and lip and cheek duos. The chubby shadow sticks are super pigmented and boast a smudge-proof formula, made to be worn over the eye or as a thick liner. The cheek and lip duos offer multi-use, pairing a glossy lip colour with a creamy cheek blush.
