We may be well into the year 2020, but with the handful of celebrities showing off their chunky highlights these days, it sure feels like we've all recently taken a trip back to 1999. Bella Thorne is the latest star to try out the look, as she just debuted her new hair colour via Instagram on May 14. "New hair, thoughts?? E girl ???" she captioned a photo in which she's wearing face-framing blond highlights.
Thorne previously wore her brunette hair with the ends dip-dyed blue and other blue highlights added throughout her head, but like many other people trying new things with their hair lately, her recent change is probably a result of her just trying to pass time while at home.
