But there is something about the Haus Laboratories FOUR-WAY Palette in Sunset ($24) that gives one the freedom to be explorative and see the ways in which you can enhance your look. I was afraid at first that the dusty tone would not have any colour payoff on my dark complexion, but it actually served as a gentle transition colour so that the burnt-orange shade was not so stark. I was very pleased to see how it was blending and noticed that the shades felt feather light and really easy to build on top of each other. My fear with foiled shadows is the fallout or it being hard to blend; that was not the case here. I am very into this palette because it's a one-stop shop to creating really magical and fun looks. "The Anomaly Dry Shampoo ($7) was probably one of the best dry shampoos I have ever used. It is clear, and therefore it doesn't leave a white cast. There is no grittiness or weird residue either — my hair still had movement. It felt super lightweight, and while it doesn't feel like freshly washed hair, it made my third-day hair look like second-day hair. The dry shampoo doesn't leave my roots completely oil-free and dry with no luster; there was still some shine to my hair. It doesn't provide dramatic volume, but there was some lift.
