Tina Knowles-Lawson Let Blue Ivy Do Her Makeup Again, and Now We're Even More Impressed
I can't quite remember all the things I was capable of doing at the age of 9, but I know for a fact that makeup wasn't yet my forte. Blue Ivy Carter, on the other hand, may as well go ahead and start her YouTube channel now, because if her grandmother Tina Knowles-Lawson is any indication, she's already a pro.
Knowles-Lawson shared an Instagram photo over the weekend in a makeup look created by Carter. In the pic, she's seen wearing winged black eyeliner, bright red lipstick, and perfectly arched eyebrows. "My talented granddaughter Blue made up my face today," Knowles-Lawson captioned it. "She is only 9 years old can you imagine her at 15 doing my makeup?" Knowles-Lawson also joked that the pre-tween is going to save her a lot of money on makeup artists in the years to come, and honestly, we can't disagree.
This isn't the first time Carter has practiced her skills on her grandmother. Not too long after Knowles-Lawson opened up about her granddaughter's interest in makeup, she let Carter test out some skeleton makeup on her ahead of Halloween last year. We're still waiting for the day when we can finally book an appointment with the young makeup mogul, but for now, we'll admire her work through Knowles-Lawson's Instagrams.
