We're almost through with week two of social distancing — although that timeline is a little different for everyone — and it's safe to say its been quite the adjustment. Naturally, we're going through a stressful period and spending an increased amount of time in doors doesn't help, but many of us are trying to make the best of it by focusing our energy on self care.

Self care looks a little different for everyone — for some, it's following along to workout videos from their bedroom; for others, it's cooking a big homemade meal; or, painting your nails a different colour everyday; or, laying in bed and binge-watching Tiger King.
