Emilia Clarke Says Her Emmys Look Is "Inspired" by J Lo, and I Appreciate the Hustle
Emilia Clarke channelled another queen of our hearts at the 2019 Emmy Awards. Before the Game of Thrones actress walked the red carpet on Sunday night, she shared an Instagram photo of her slicked-back longhaired look which is a tribute to Jennifer Lopez.
"@jlo just as heads up you have inspired this years lewk," Clarke wrote in the photo's caption, before thanking her hair stylist Jenny Cho, makeup artist Jillian Dempsey, nail artist Jenna Hipp, and stylist Petra Flannery. "I am one lucky lady to have the best glam squad ever invented," she continued.
ICYMI, Clarke is up for outstanding lead actress in a drama series for her role as Daenerys Targaryen. Fingers crossed she gets to enjoy the night in true J Lo fashion — with lots of awards.
