Florence Pugh isn't just an incredible actor — she's been a source of beauty inspiration ever since she hit our screens, and that inspo now includes her look at the 2020 BAFTA Awards.

The actor — who has been nominated for numerous awards this year, including an Oscar — stepped out onto the BAFTAs red carpet wearing a vibrant Dries Van Noten gown, but it was her hair and makeup that really took our breath away. Luckily for us, makeup artist Naoko Scintu shared every single detail of how she created Pugh's look on her Instagram feed.

Pugh's look was created using entirely Chantecaille products. Starting with the base makeup, Scintu used Radiance Gel Bronzer (£36) over Pugh's entire face and neck, followed by Future Skin Foundation (£70), which has a "dream-like texture," according to Scintu. Taking a blending brush, she used circular motions to work the product into Pugh's skin, creating a flawless and dewy finish. This was followed by Real Skin Eye and Face Stick (£57) under Pugh's eyes and around her nose. To set Pugh's base and ensure it lasted through the entire night, Scintu used Loose Powder (£48) under Pugh's eyes and on her T-zone only to ensure the rest of the look remained dewy-looking. Next, Scintu mixed Cheek Gelée Blush (£39) in Lively and Happy, diffusing the colour outwards for a bespoke and perfectly flushed hue.

On Pugh's eyes, Scintu created a wash of shimmering colour across the lids using the Hummingbird Eye Quartet palette (£55) in warm and cool before applying a feline-like flick using Le Stylo Ultra Slim Eyeliner in Brown (£30). The eyes were finished off with three coats of Faux Cils Black Mascara (£38).

Finally, the standout — and arguably best — part of Pugh's look were her lips. The supervibrant orange-red was courtesy of Lip Definer in Daring (£21) and Lipstick in Tulipe (£16).

Pugh's beauty look was just as beautiful and incredibly intricate at the back. Hairstylist Peter Lux spared no detail with her sleek updo, which twisted from the base of her neck to the crown of her head with black ribbon threaded throughout.

Ahead, get a closer look at Pugh's stunning beauty look from the 2020 BAFTA Awards. You can bet we're whipping out our favourite orange-red lipstick tomorrow morning.
