Gigi Hadid Is Now the Girl With the (Massive) Dragon Tattoo
When it comes to tattoos, Gigi Hadid has always been about subtlety — until now. The model recently shared snaps from her holiday to the Cayman Islands and debuted a massive dragon tattoo on her hip in the process. Prior to this, if you didn't know any better, you'd probably assume the supermodel didn't have any body ink — which is probably exactly what she wanted everyone to think — but that isn't true. Hadid's collection now includes three designs (that we know of). But aside from the dragon, they're so tiny, they're nearly impossible to spot in photographs.
Being as selective as she is with what she puts on her body, it should come as no surprise that both of Hadid's tattoos hold a special meaning to her. Two of the designs she's had for years, while the other one is newer. The model's first tiny tattoo is a broken heart on the inside of her middle finger on her left hand. She got the friendship tattoo with Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and Cara Delevingne. Of the group, Bieber and Delevingne have the most extensive tattoo collections, while Jenner only has four designs.
Hadid got her second tattoo with Zayn Malik in honour of their daughter, Khai Hadid Malik. Her third and most recent design is an intricate dragon design on her hip, which was visible in the beach photos she shared from her holiday. Whether it's real or not remains to be seen, but it's likely a temporary tattoo.
Hadid's younger sister, Bella Hadid, on the other hand, has quite the collection of tattoos that are much easier to find. As of right now, Bella has five known tattoos in various locations. What the sisters have in common is their love for small designs and the delicate, fine-line style. Meanwhile, Malik is covered in tattoos, and even has a few nods to Gigi scattered across his body.
