When news broke that Hilary Duff would be reprising her role as Lizzie McGuire in a new Disney+ series, we made peace with the fact that her character would likely outgrow her signature hairdos adorned with playful accessories. Now, we might have finally gotten a first look at her beauty look, and there are no butterfly clips in sight.
Hairstylist Nikki Lee posted a photo of Duff with a freshly dyed, cool blonde hair colour. "Never in a million years did I think I would be doing Lizzie's colour!" Lee said. "Well dreams do come true! Thank you @hilaryduff for trusting me to create the perfect blonde for the next chapter of Lizzie Mcguire!"
Lee credited Joico for the products she used to get Duff's new hue. In her photo, the actress's hair was also a freshly trimmed medium length and styled in a topknot with loose waves.
