Joey King [1] might have been in the spotlight as a presenter at the People's Choice Awards, but her beauty look — specifically, her manicure — also warrants special attention.

King's nail art for the award show featured rounded chrome tips that faded into a beige nail polish colour [2]. The design was created by manicurist Thuy Nguyen [3], who also meticulously stacked two tiny gold studs in a short line close to the actress's cuticles. Her manicure was yet another shimmering piece of her look for the evening, which included gilded lids (created with eye shadows from the Urban Decay Naked Honey Palette [4] ($50)), neutral lips, and a glittering rainbow Attico minidress [5].

Seoul-based manicurist Eunkyung Park [6] previously told POPSUGAR that iridescent nails [7] like King's can be recreated in as little as two steps. "In order to create the pearly, metallic nails, you can apply a non-wipe top gel and rub some metallic powder on top of it," she said. To get the actress's nail art specifically, rub the powder only at the tips.
