Julianne Hough may not have performed at the America's Got Talent finale, but she absolutely stole the show with her hair, which looked like it was covered in golden buzzer confetti. Yep, the AGT judge transformed her new blunt bob haircut with a sprinkling of glitter over her roots to add some shimmer and shine to her already glamorous look, and we're taking all the notes. Hough's hair paired perfectly with her sequinned red dress that featured a heart-shaped cutout and a high leg slit, making for an altogether dazzling (and golden-buzzer-worthy) look.
