There are few things that beat the feeling of seeing real progress throughout your natural hair growth journey — even Keke Palmer agrees. The actress recently tweeted a video of herself riding around in her car while happily showing off her hair growth and singing along to her new single, "Thick."
"Hair is getting thick thick thick thick THICKKKK," she fittingly captioned the video. I don't know about you, but this is the daily dose of Black girl joy I needed.
This isn't the first time Palmer has used social media to update fans on her natural journey. Last year, she posted an Instagram video of herself excitedly shaking her hair around after leaving a hair appointment. She also took a moment to praise the organic products that kept her hair healthy since she did a big chop two years prior. "But the gaaaaaag is, #STIFFWHERE?!?!" she captioned it.
