Kelly Ripa Says She's Been Using Her Daughter's Self-Tanner as Makeup For Her Live Show

What do you do when you're trying to get glammed up but don't have access to any of your makeup? If you're Kelly Ripa, you get creative — and by "get creative," we mean borrow a few things from your daughter. The Live With Kelly and Ryan host recently went live on Instagram with ballerina Tiler Peck, where she revealed to those watching that she's been using her 18-year-old daughter Lola Consuelos's makeup since she doesn't currently have any of her own.

"I keep putting on my daughter's self-tanner thinking that will help," she said. "All of my clothes, my hair products, and all of my makeup is locked in the studio, which is closed."

Due to COVID-19, Ripa has been hosting her daytime talk show with Ryan Seacrest remotely for the last month, and not being in the studio has forced her to get a little crafty with her hair and makeup. A few days ago, she revealed she cut her hair with a pair of kitchen scissors and had Consuelos help her use a pair of tights to get heatless waves. She's also been wearing the teenager's clothes while at home — so if there was an award for who's being the most resourceful during this time, Ripa would for sure be a top contender.
