Kylie Jenner's New Nail Art Gives a Checkered Twist to Your Classic French Manicure

If we know anything about Kylie Jenner, it's that she rarely ever wears traditional patterns or designs on her nails. The beauty mogul's most recent manicure, for example, is a really creative twist on classic french tips. Jenner showed her manicure off on Instagram as she hit the beach last week to celebrate her daughter Stormi Webster's third birthday. The style, designed by her go-to nail artist Chaun Legend, features triangle-shaped french tips painted in checkered patterns of various colours.

It seems like just about everyone's putting their own spin on french tips these days. Jenner's switched up the style a few times before while attending red carpet events, and even Ariana Grande recently showed off her oval-shaped nails and white triangle tips in an Instagram post announcing her engagement to Dalton Gomez.
