If there's anything we took away from the 2021 Golden Globes, it's that not even a pandemic could stop all the celebs from tuning in via Zoom in full glamour. Laverne Cox, for instance, phoned into the ceremony looking regal as ever in a custom Thai Nguyen gown with a plunging neckline and dramatic sleeves. The Orange Is the New Black alum wore her hair in a stunning braided crown that she said was inspired by her love of Bridgerton.
Many of the intricate hairstyles that stood out on the Netflix series were 19th century-inspired. According to People, Cox mentioned in the Golden Globes pre-show that she was giving "Bridgerton vibes," and she chose to wore her hair in the braided crown — which was styled by celebrity hairstylist Kim Kimble — after being inspired by the series. Suffice to say, we're not the only ones still fixated on all of the Bridgerton's epic beauty moments.
