Laverne Cox, for instance, phoned into the ceremony looking regal as ever in a custom Thai Nguyen [4] gown with a plunging neckline and dramatic sleeves. The Orange Is the New Black [5] alum wore her hair in a stunning braided crown that she said was inspired by her love of Bridgerton [6].
Many of the intricate hairstyles [7] that stood out on the Netflix series were 19th century-inspired. According to People, Cox mentioned in the Golden Globes pre-show [8] that she was giving "Bridgerton [9] vibes," and she chose to wore her hair in the braided crown — which was styled by celebrity hairstylist Kim Kimble [10] — after being inspired by the series. Suffice to say, we're not the only ones still fixated on all of the Bridgerton [11]'s epic beauty moments.
