Maya Jama Is the New Face of Aussie Hair, and We're Ready to Steal Her Hair Secrets
Aussie — otherwise known as the best-smelling haircare brand around — has announced Maya Jama as the new face of the brand.
Yep, your favourite radio DJ and TV presenter — known for keeping it real on her social media — is the new ambassador for Aussie's "Great Hair Though" campaign, which makes fun of life's everyday mishaps, whilst having great hair.
"It's about time... Aussie has finally got the hint and brought me on board, I've been an unofficial ambassador for years," Jama said in a statement. "Legitimately, Aussie has been a firm favourite since my teens, Miracle Moist 3 Minute Miracle has been saving bad hair since day dot." The brand is best known for the distinct-smelling Miracle Moist Shampoo and Conditioner, the 3 Minute Miracle in-shower mask (a favourite of Jama's), and leave-in conditioner. But if you haven't already tried any of the Aussie products, we have a feeling if you're a fan of Jama (let's be honest, who isn't?), you'll probably be convinced in no time.
No announcement has been made yet on whether the two will partner on creating any new haircare ranges, but we're crossing our fingers for a collection to drop in the near future. In the meantime, there's a competition over on Jama's and Aussie's Instagram to win the chance to hang with her for an evening in London this December.
