We can see Megan Fox's aura, and it's as gorgeous as she is [2]. OK, maybe it's not her real aura, but Fox's manicurist, Brittney Boyce [3], posted a picture of the actor's latest manicure, and her "aura" nail art [4] is simply captivating.
Fox's nails were kept a long, tapered square shape [5] and had a powdery-purple colour as the base. The "aura" was created using pink and orange nail polish in a gradient pattern. Lastly, a glossy topcoat was added to give the mani a high-shine finish.
Aura nails have become an increasingly popular nail-art look [6], and for good reason. "Aura nails are really bright and colourful, so they give off a great energy and match almost everything in your closet," Rita Pinto, founder of Vanity Projects nail salon [7], previously told POPSUGAR. "This nail art is very New Age meets Gen Z because the colours of the manicures are way more interpretive and expansive than the usual aura-chart colours."
While the nails seem particularly fitting for summer because of the bright colours used, there's no reason you can't re-create Fox's manicure in the coming months using moodier hues for fall [8]. Take a closer look at her nails below.
